It’s no secret that people, especially women, face avoidance and resistance when it’s time to do something about their money story.

If you’ve been telling yourself “I’ll start my budget when…”  or “I’m going to try to learn how to do this on my own one more time,…” – consider this your money wake-up call friend. There is a reason we worry about money and I’m gonna break it down for ya. 

We only worry about things in life because we are afraid of what we don’t know!  

Think about it. When you feel worried in your life, is it because you know the outcome? Is it because you feel calm and at peace with whatever unfolds? 

Nope. 

It’s because you don’t feel those things, yeah? 

We worry about our money because we don’t :

✅We know how to create it, by not know how to own it, or have it and manage it. 

✅Feel confident we know where it is. 

✅Trust that we will be able to figure it out.. 

✅Believe it is there to support us.. 

Guess what sweet soul? You are experiencing the above because you might be in avoidance and avoiding your money is not going to get you to a place of knowing. 

People who are high achievers believe that we should navigate everything by ourselves.

BUT we do not need to do it all on our own to feel empowered. 

This time of the year it’s time to take a look under the hood of your business. 

AND REMEMBER, we can still be empowered with support.

Asking for help with our money sometimes makes us feel like we are giving away our strength.We can, however, empower ourselves with support.

We have been navigated these financial things for so long by themselves and we  think we should  do it all by themselves!! 

It might feel like it does not count if we don’t anything on our own.Our own efforts do not count.

Time is the only resource we can’t get back.

Money, time and energy always negotiating with you. Money, energy and time never hanging out by themselves. 

And each time you have to make a new decision always consider the other two.  Always make decisions with consulting the other two. 

The three factors of money, energy, and time never hang out by themselves, and whenever you have to make a decision, you should ensure that the other two are also taken into account.

It is important to remember that fact whenever we want to make a change, but continue to put off making it by using delay tactics.

Getting started requires a reason and a why.

Ask anyone who finally took the step to change their money relationship and results and they almost always tell you they wish they had started earlier.

Saying you are not ready keeps you where you are.

This is the gift your financial challenges have in hand for you. 

If we are given an abundance of resources, we will never accomplish anything.

If we are provided an abundance time we are never get something done. But  setting a deadline, have accountability is effective!!

In a situation where there is an abundance of time, we won’t accomplish anything. Setting a deadline and holding ourselves accountable is more effective.

Providing an abundance of time will not lead to anything being accomplished. But setting a deadline and having accountability makes things more likely to get done.

And  if you’re in that place and you’ve been thinking like you have some emotions, especially when you think about reaching out and asking for help is like really be curious about  what are you making that emotion mean and generally speaking in this happens for me too is it’s we want to make it mean something about us, right? Like if I have to allow myself to if I have to show fear, if I have to show that I’m overwhelmed, that I am going to make it mean something about me. And I’ve noticed is that I have a thought that like I should be able to figure this out on my own and at certain times of my life that thought has served me really well. And there are definitely, I would say, within these last three years and within this year and like building a business like that, that doesn’t serve me very well and it prevents me from actually getting the help that I need.
